Hubspot Opens do not seem Accurate

We are having a hard time determining our SQL's from recent nurture email campaigns because the hubspot "opens" and "top engagement" people seem not to be accurate. For example, when you acually click on a person who has supposedly opened a bunch of times, it shows they actually opened it 4-5 times at the exact same time? I don't know what is causing this. Is this due to Apple's privacy policy?
