Just an FYI, I recently migrated my site from GoDaddy to Verpex which is when I think this started happening. I spoke to my new web host and they helped set up the dns zone file in cloudflare but after that said there was nothing else they could do and advised me to speak to the host of my O365 mail server - GoDaddy. GoDaddy asked if I could see the emails in my sent items but I cant see them in my sent items, I also sent a test email with them on the phone and they cant see the emails with their tracking system, so they arent being sent from the O365 server, so they suggested speaking to you and see if there is an SPF record I need to add to my zone file ? or if there is any other reason, this hubspot feature may have stopped working correctly. I'm not even receiving these mails in my junk folder, from my perspective and from GoDaddy's perspective its like they don't exist. However, strangely I am receiving all other notification emails from Hubspot perfectly fine. So I am puzzled and confused and hoping you might be able to help, thanks, Andrew
