Trigger an email based on recency of lead status

Hello,

I'm new to Hubspot and would like to know if it's possible (and with which kind of subscription?) to trigger the sending of an email based on the recency of my contact's lifecycle stage or lead status.

For example, if a contact has been set from "New" to "Connected" on day D, how can I trigger an email to be sent on D+7?

Hi @CJacques,

This could be accomplished with contact-based workflows in HubSpot. Here's an example of such a workflow:

Workflows are a feature in Professional and Enterprise subscriptions (see the "APPLIES TO" box in the article linked above).

As far as alternatives go, I've heard good things (but haven't used myself) Outfunnel which integrates with HubSpot.
