Our product sits between job markets and contact management systems. In this way, we are looking to connect to systems where SMEs store their contact lists, because we allow user to make use of those lists for issuing verifiable digital credentials. If you know of a HubSpot API that would meet this criteria, please feel free to point it out to me.

I connected with the API team and we believe that the v1 Contact Lists API is your best bet for meeting this need. Can you check it out and let me know if this is what you are looking for?
