Best Hubspot Academy Certifications for my team to learn Help Desk?

We are in the process of implementing Hubspot and onboarding our guest services team into Hubspot. What are some of the best Hubspot Academy videos/learnings/certification available that will help provide a good solid base to utilize Hubspot. The team primarily answers emails/chats and form submissions in our current system. Thanks in advance!
