So, i use CMS React to build and mantain themes/websites.. since monday when i run "npm run start" in my project root every hubl-module or template dissapeared... Cannot even proxy..q

Hey folks,

don't have a solution for this, but I'm hearing/reading quite a lot about issues with all types of React errors this week/since last friday(10th October).

Local server "down", disappearing templates, fetching/uploading not working correctly and similar topics.

If I'm not completely off, I think I've also read, that the responsible team is already investigating these issues. Maybe even started working on them already.

I noticed this too.

Seems odd considering I haven't updated any packages or made any changes to my project that could affect this. Modules is working as usual and Partials are something I haven't got to work at any point, but Templates were still present a week ago.

Edit: HubL modules seem to have been vanished from the Modules list as well.

Hi everyone,

The HubSpot team has found the cause — a recent change removed a gating check from LocalDevAuth, but the dev server still expected that gate to exist. Because of that mismatch, the dev server wasn’t getting a valid preview session and the templates list came back empty.

A fix has now shipped in the latest @hubspot/cms-dev-server release. To resolve the issue:

✅ update to cms-dev-server v1.0.43
(Install fresh node deps if needed)

After updating, templates should appear again in the Dev Server UI.

Global partials won’t show in Dev Server — that’s expected behavior and hasn’t changed.
