Website editor is not loading

Hi everyone,

I created a website and published successfully, but after a few days I wanted to come back and edit my pages but the webpage editor hasn't been available for the past two days. The editor is grey with a message that says "f243219251.hubspotpreview-na2.com sent an invalid response". I can still change the setting, look at the contents on the left panel, but I cannot see the webpage in editor.

I've tried clearing cache, cookies, opening in incognito, and restarting my computer, nothing is working.

Please help!!! Thanks!

Hey @jsun39,

came accross such behaviour a few times in the past.
If you have custom code that do some redirects or custom modules with some JavaScript somewhere, try disabling or removing them.

A few other things you might want to check:

does this page has some JS in the Header/Footer HTML area - try removing it
Have you put something in the Header/Footer HTML area of the portal here? Try removing it
