Hi!

I new to the Hubspot maintenance team i am based out of India. Recently we experienced website outage noticed by US end post noon. Which was at 3am India time.

Is there a way where we can configure web outage alert notification sent to email. So that my team can pick and start looking into the issue.

Hey, @mmaradhya 👋 Thanks for your question. There is not a specific subscription you can set up for this. While we offer updates here — HubSpot status , I understand that is not the notification-based option you are asking for.

Hi @mmaradhya,

HubSpot does not provide this feature, but there are third-party alternatives like UptimeRobot, Instatus, and Pulsetic.

On my Hubspot, I use Pulsetic. I set up alerts for emails, Slack, and calls.

This will help me to check the HubSpot outage. While i was looking for website specific outage or monitoring , i got response from others on the third party tool.
