Workflow to send users specific Knowledge Base Articles depending on event

Currently there is no HS KB Data source, Ideally I would like to be able to send to users who are part of a specific pipeline certain knowledge base articles, either from Intercom or HubSpot.

Would I need a developer to accomplish this or is this something that maybe could be done with Zapier?

That would probably depend on how you plan to match up pipeline -> KB article. If you know exactly what KB articles should be sent to people, then you can probably do it manually via branching. It wouldn't automatically scale for new content/pipelines but it can get the job done if you need it.

Eg,

Let's say you want to send a message when a Deal enters the Sales Pipeline.

You can have a branch based on the Pipeline of the deal:

Then have subsequent actions send the notifications to the people. Since you know which Pipeline = KB article, you would just put that in the message itself. You would have access to the Deal Data so you can use automate some data (eg, who to send the message to, the deal name and pipeline name).

If you wanted to scale this a little, you could create a look up table that has the Pipeline = KB data and make that data available to the workflow. This could be stored in Custom Coded Action or maybe a HubDB. So it would go into the workflow, check the Pipeline in the look up table and then send the message with data retrieved.

You could also make individual workflows for each Pipeline -> Knowledge instead of one big one. Lots of ways to do this depending on how manual and how easy you want to update it.
