So I am saying I have 25 companies all added to Hubspot and I need to associate them with one another, so to start I go into company A (the first one on my list) and I associate it with all the companies on my list, then I have to go in and manually do that for each company on my list, once I associate them all to company A... shouldnt they all show on each one of those companies lists instead of me having to go into every single entity and re-associate them all manually?

I have a client that has 25 entities, when I go into the first company and associate it will all of the other 24 entities I was disappointed to see that association doesnt show on each other entities page, I have to manually go into each entity and associate the other companies. I am hoping this is an issue that is an easy fix, once I associate Company A with the 24 entities I would like to see that each other Company page logs these associations without further action.

Hi @WALKER871,

Can you clarify a bit further? Are you saying that:

Company A is associated to 23 companies already...

You add an additional company that is also associated with company A (let's call it ACME Company)

You then want ACME company to be associated with the other 23 companies that Company A was already associated with?

Unfortunately, it doesn't function like that because in general, it wouldn't always be true to have all of those companies associated automatically. HOWEVER, there is now the ability to manage these associations via a workflow: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/workflows/manage-crm-record-associations-with-workflows

There will have to be some sort of property that exists on all of the companies for the workflow to function, but you could edit that in bulk and then run the workflow and it would do the associations for you.

If this is something that happens consistently you could structure your workflow and properties to always do that.

Hope this helps!
