Forms with collapsable field on webpage?

Hi

I have asked HubSpots technical team about if it was possble to have collapsable fields inside a form, that is in a link. Ansvar was no. She send me to this page.

I am looking to have an option for something like "show more" and by default collapse the options until a user clicks on show more to see more of the value options on the form.

I asked if it was possible to do with a webversion of the Form, maybe with some HTML coding... or something like that?

NB: I am not a software developer.

Hey @Thomas_Oreskov,

by default it's not possible to have a collapsible field inside a module because it's not a good UX. If you're planning to collapse something like the "legal checkboxes" of a form - Technically it could be done with some JavaScript, CSS and a "onFormInit" event, but I wouldn't recommend you to do so because of the UX topic.

Do you have an example of what you're trying to achieve?

Thank you for your reply. If something is not possible as default, and it is a tiny problem, then we should not do it.

We have a form that is getting long with fields like this:

but have decided to go with this instead after your reply.

and have a note to it.
