Personalization module to translate email contents

Hello, I want some guide and accompaniment to create a module for managing translation because I saw that the default text that is in email marketing when you want the email content to be automatically translated (when you go to settings then to language.

Could someone help me so that I can create a purely javascript + hubl module to set up a solution that will allow me to translate any text content in the email to the chosen language

Are you planning to rely on a specific translation service (like Google Translate) for the content, or do you want to store your translations manually in HubSpot (via HubDB or some other method)?
How are you currently defining the language for each email recipient? Is it through a contact property, or is it based on other criteria (e.g., browser settings)?

To be simpler instead of creating email templates by putting translated content I want so that any content I put when I go to settings then change the language, that it can be translated automatically
