Not able to see listing unless using &hsDebug=true or &hsCacheBuster=8602

Hello,

So I am having the issue that I am not able to see a listing module I build. I can only see the output when using &hsDebug=true or &hsCacheBuster=8602.

What could be the issue here?

Hi @BBecker1

If you are seeing your changes when using&hsCacheBuster=8602, that means the change took effect and will show up to visitors once the server cache clears - just need to wait.

On website pages it usually happens within 15min but on blog listings that can sometimes take hours.

Hello @evaldas , No this is different because its taking 6 days already haha. and I see the changes in 3 minutes. this is on a normal pages that shows a listing of team members from hubdb.

Its weird haha

Hi @BBecker1 publishing HubDB doesn't automatically force the server to reset the cache for code, since you can see your changes using the cachebuster parameter, there's a small trick you can try to force the server to reset.

When my previous team first discovered this hack (I wrote the KB linked), it had about an 80% success rate - it generally works for most use cases now, but I haven't tested it with a custom module in a while.

Hello @Jnix284, I tried this already. This was the first thing that came to my mind but sadly didn't change anything. I looks more like its hitting a hubdb limit of some sort but not sure what limit or if thats even true.

@BBecker1 sorry that didn't help, I'm curious if it would be a limit issue if you can see it with the hsdebug/cachebuster though.

Have you reviewed the HubDB technical limits to see if you can narrow it down? They changed a few weeks ago and only some accounts were grandfathered in to the old limits, I can't find the announcement article but there's an overview in the community about the changes

There was a problem inside of the hubspot cms itself so It was a bug from hubspot. support fixed the issue.
