    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;Jonny,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For testing sites on lower bandwith, you can also use Chrome Developer tools. (Press &lt;STRONG&gt;CMD+Option+i&lt;/STRONG&gt; to open it in Chrome). From there you can see the bandwith option under Network tab.
