I'm having some issues with LinkedIn JobListing emails not showing up in my HubSpot Inbox. Therefore, I may have to manually respond to over 500+ candidates via LinkedIn. I would greatly appreciate any insights or advice on this issue. To address this problem, I am considering utilizing a boilerplate theme to connect with potential candidates. Despite setting it up and appearing to function well, I am concerned about whether it can handle a volume of 300 to 500 responses on a daily basis. I'm also curious if there are any other alternatives to using ATS systems. I also raised a support ticket three days ago, but I haven't received any responses yet.

Hi Parvind. I'd be happy to schedule a time so I can better understand your issue, however we always try to drive people to apply on our website over on various platforms. We use the platforms to expand the reach of job openings, but we drive them all to careers pages or the job description pages.

Sorry to be late to the party!

Here is a full document of resources on my ATS solution created in HubSpot, which was a deep dive session at INBOUND this year!

Sending candidates to your webiste definitely works and we have consulting large staffing firms on using this solution as well!

If you do want candidates to come into the CRM through LI then you will need LI Recruiter and a custom integration! LI won't allow the BCC that would bring your LI applicants into your HubSpot, unfortunately. This is why I built the solution that I did 😄

Thanks for reverting back and accept my apologies for such a delayed response. This was my first attempt at LinkedIn for my openings and realized its limitations, nothing serious. I'll reach out to you if find anyone looking for an ATS solution.
