we use hupspot for our website and blogs.

We have got a lot of broken links on our webpages and blogs. We are trying to create a spreadsheet/csv with the list of both old and new links

Is there an easy to fix all broken links in one go

Hi @SaifMohammad,

unfortunately it's technically not possible to "easily replace/repair" broken links. While you could technically create a bunch of (flexible) redirects it don't recommend to do so since it will have a SEO impact if there are to many redirects.

Especially if you're running into redirect-loops. It's a big "no-no".

How many broken links do you have?

best,

Hi @SaifMohammad

The best solution really depends on what has caused the broken links in the first place - have you been able to find this out?

If the cause was something do to with migrating your website or some content, or other large scale changes to the organisation (domain or URL subfolders) of your content, then a smaller number of flexible redirect rules can be a solution. See Set up a flexible pattern URL redirect for more info on how to do this.

If the issue is more to do with incorrectly entered links, expiried or deleted content, or other unique issues, then one by one resolution is often necessary and usually preferable. Process described at Create and manage URL redirects

You're doing the right thing by trying to first identify all the links that are an issue. HubSpot's built-in SEO tools can identify broken internal and external links for you (View SEO recommendations in HubSpot) as can other tools like SEMRush and Ahrefs. Once you've identified them, hopefully you are able to identift the optimal way to resolve them.

Hope this helps?
