Hey @KVanIngelgem,

There isn't any way to set a priority for workflows. They'll execute i asynchrounously so long as the enrollment criteria is met by the CRM object. What you could consider doing is using unenrollment and suprression rules. So that if a contact is added to the "in-market" workflow they're removed from the "re-activation workflow":

Another option is to get creative with contact properties and use boolean values to create more complex enrollment filters but this might get difficult to manage. The last option would be to consider enrolling contacts directly into workflows using the API. So you have a little bit more control as to when you add or remove them. This might be worth considering if they're logging into your platform and you can create some functionality to do so.

Hope this helps, and there could be several other approaches to take. These are just ones that I've implemented in the past for various scenarios! 😊

Hi,

Does Hubspot support any kind of 'run of order' feature for workflows? We would like to add some weight to some of our workflows so that they have priority on several other workflows.

For instance: A customer is in-market for a certain series to watch, then we want to start the workflow that sends out that email. But let's say he is also starting to show less active behaviour on our platform, then there is the possibility that the 'reactivation flow' is being triggered at the same moment.

In this case we want to add some extra weight to the 'in-market flow' since this has more chance of succes.

Thanks for your ideas/input!

Hi,
I see that this is a good solution if you have very few workflows running. We'll try to manage it with this functionality but I'm afraid this isn't a long-term solution for us or other companies.

If you see that other CRM platforms such as Salesforce already have developed those features, I hope that Hubspot is following soon.
