Hello everyone,

Later this month my company will migrate account data from the USA to the EU.

Is there a possibilitie our customers will experience downtime during this proccess?

The following knowledge base page does not mention downtime. (https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/migrate-your-account-data-to-hubspots-eu-data-center)

Hi, @Maxwolters 👋 Thanks for reaching out. I ran into the same challenge and didn't find any additional public documentation on expected transition or downtime, or the lack thereof.

The fastest way to get this information is likely to reach out to the Success Manager who is assisting with this migration. I can DM you their email address if needed. I'll also request internally that we update the documentation, where possible, with the details you are asking about.

I will try and find a solution with my HubSpot partner, otherwise I will just have to wait.

Hi @Maxwolters ,

We are also planning to migrate to the EU data center and received the info that you can't access your portal for 36 hours.
I assume in the meantime, you got this detail as well 😉

Just wanted to check if you can share your expierence of the migration process?
Did it work properly?

Hi @LMeier61 ,

Sorry for the somewhat late response. The first thing that I noticed was that my HubSpot Community was in German by default in stead of English. As far as I am aware there were no issues.
