Logged in "My Account" for our clients to access?

I am new to Hubspot and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction. We are a b2b marketing services provider and would like to build a new onboarding form to streamline what is currently a very lengthy and manual process.

We want that form to be accessible via a "my account" profile that our clients can acess via a "sign in" link on our website.

Once signed in, our clients will have access to basic account information, billing history, payment methods, and the aformentioned client onboarding form.

My question is:

Which "hub" will enable us to add a "my account" to our website?
Are there any out-of-the-box form tools out there that easily integrate with Hubspot that we can leverage? Looking for a step up from something like Jotform. This would be a multi-page form with conditional logic, cloud based for multiple users from different business units (i.e. marketing, retail, management, etc.) to access and complete together.

@PSewall as @himanshurauthan mentioned, you can use the membership feature which is included in CMS Hub Enterprise.

There are also apps in app marketplace that offer integrations for memberships, but I recommend doing your due diligence to ensure they are truly secure.
