Hi, Have a couple of questions:
1) Would you please help on how to give each email campaign a unique office location module instead of default office location information as drag and drop?
2) Is it possible to add using HubL code of office location information module to another custom module?

If you have Marketing Hub Enterprise you can go to Settings (in your portal header) > Marketing > Email to add and manage multiple footers (office locations). Then in the emails you want to use a different footer you can go to the Settings tab in the email editor and scroll down to the Office Location dropdown to change the location you want to use in the email.

Unfortantely HubSpot has made their default Email Footer module a required module in drag and drop so even if you delete it you won't be able to send the email. A not-so-great workaround would be to just change the text size and color of the module to "hide" it from view and then add your own module with the office location information.

Hi @Svidya,

Yes, it's possible to have a unique footer in each campaign/marketing email. But: HubSpot won't let you sent emails without the office location hubls for legal/CAN-SPAM reasons. (There are workarounds, but I can't share them because of ... legal reasons 😉)
Yes, you can create a custom module for the footer(which contains in most cases the location informations)

My tipp: Create a custom email footer module with the needed & desired layout and informations and don't rely on the default "office location module". since this module is basically a plain rich-text module, you can even clone and modify it - or - clone it, extract all the informations and paste them into your custom module which will have a lot more functionality.

Also - here's a list of all Hubls that have to be included in each (marketing) email and a list of all possible variables.

a very basic custom module could look something like this

Hi,
Thank you for the reply. Actually our requirement is as follows.
1) We have more than 40 office addresses and corresponding social media URLs. That is why we are planning to use a single custom module so that we can add appropriate social media links and select the required addresses in each email.
2) Please check the attached screenshot. Is it possible to get this dropdown in the left column inside email editor by using a custom module?

In your custom module you can add a Choice field and add the location names as the options. Then in the module code you can create an if statement that adds the corresponding social media based on the selected option.

For the actual office address though you would have to use the site_settings variables (that pull the information from Settings > Marketing > Email) as these are required by HubSpot to be able to send the email (for CAN-SPAM reasons).
