Need css/template fixes to custom module

We have a custom template with pagebuilder options to activate a sticky menu, hello bar, and customize the top and bottom padding in a hero section.

After a contractor edited some content for us, we found the content now overlaps the sticky menu.

When the sticky header and hello bar are active, the hero content gets overlapped and does not get pushed down as before. See screenshot.

The options to set spacing are no longer working properly, even when the hello bar is turned off.

We are looking for a fix to make this work as desired. We have possible follow-on work, but are just looking for this fix for now.
