Use esign or e-sign for documents like NDA

Hello all, my first post here!

Our company gives online live trainings for managers & consultants to use VISUALIZING to clarify their message.

We create a safe space for our community to share pictures of their work, that might include sensitive data.

Therefore we have ALL trainees sign a NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) via Docusign.

To streamline our sales & onboarding process we would like to have less steps and integrate the esign feature to sign of on a simple 2 page document.

Can we use Hubspot's e-signature feature to do this?

Alternatively I'll create a work around where we have individual clients sign a quote agreeing to the terms & conditions AND the NDA of the training.

Hi @JeftaBade

As far as I am aware, HubSpot's esign feature is limited to quotes. If you have other documents that you would like to have electronically signed I can highly recommend looking that the Pandadoc integration - others are available but I've had good results with this one.

I looked up Pandadoc and found this comment:

Sounds perfect! I will look into this and maybe other (cheaper then 49€/m) solutions.
