staging multiple website and share link before release

Hi everyone,

I would like to know some detail about staging I didn't found on the documentation.

My first point is when you create a staging data, content/template no matter what, is it possible to send a link to someone who don't have an hubspot account to be able to see the update.

It should be something like that:

update not released yet: https://staging.mydomain.com/myStagingPage

live website: https://mydomain.com/mycurrentPage

The second point I would like to know if the first is possible is, it is possible to control the visibility of the staging website on the parameters(by ip for example) like someone from outside even if he has the link can't see anything.

My last point about staging is to know for example if you have 5 differents websites, all same on the structure(template, content) with some differents things(languages, extra pages or some differents module). In this case it has some way to create only one staging website and to upload these 5 differents website from one staging update or you will need to create 5 differents staging sites for 5 lives sites?

I hope it was clear but I can give some extra details if needed.

Hey @joan1,

1. Yes, anyone with the link can view your staging pages or preview pages even if they're not user in your Hubspot account

2. Yes, but not by IP (although this is possible with some custom JS). An easier solution would be to set the page to private with a password in Settings > Advanced options. Just share the password with whoever you want to view the page

3. You can have a different staging environment for each of the domains you have connected to your Hubspot account but I don't think you can publish to all from one, so yes you'd have to create 5 different staging sites (unless @dennisedson knows something I don't, which he often does)

@webdew I have the same question and issue. The link to loom is no longer working. anyway you can renew? TIA
