The canva integration inside Hubspot will save a LOT of time and makes it easy to collaborate.

You can connect your Canva account to HubSpot here.

When you go to create a new design using the Canva button, you'll have the option to use assets that you've already created in Canva by going to Folders > All Your Designs.
