Why are some templates taking 12 hours to update?

We've run into an odd issue I'm hoping someone can shed some light on.

We have a custom blog listing template that takes about 12 hours before updates are visible. For example, we added a class to a module in the sidebar and re-published it but the added class was not applied until the next day.

Any idea as to why it would take so long? It was not an isolated incident as we've been experiencing this for about three days now with a couple of different edits we were trying to implement.

I should add - we see the changes applied immediately in the template within the design manager, it just doesn't show on the live site until the next day.

Hey @MrCapp ,

Sometimes it could be a cache issue, when you make a change to the template

try going to the live url at www.YOURSITENAME.com/pagename?asdf

and append ?asdf to the end the asdf could be any combination, i.e ?aaa, ?bb, ?werty

But even normally a change shouldn't take 12 hours, sometimes I've seen it take as long as 5 minutes.
