Hi there, I have a question, I have a marketer that would like to make use of a FAQ module in an email template. We have not used this in an email before so I would like to know if this is best practise? And if this could trigger spam filters? Or can it have issues loading when people open the email?

Kind regards,

Candice

Yeah, this is a tough one. We still can't even get CSS to work in every email browser, so trying to make JS work is gonna be pretty tough. We even created an FAQ module for the HubSpot Marketplace that is pretty light on coding and works great in pages, but not in email. Great question, though! Someday!
