&lt;P&gt;Having a Sales Hub Professional subscription is not necessarily the same as having an assigned seat: &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/manage-seats" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.hubspot.com/account-management/manage-seats&lt;/A&gt; – make sure that your user has an assigned sales seat.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Regarding the inbox connection, there are various ways to connect an inbox in HubSpot, e.g. a &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/connect-channels-to-the-conversations-inbox" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;team email address&lt;/A&gt; or a &lt;A href="https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/connect-your-inbox-to-hubspot" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;personal email&lt;/A&gt;. Make sure to follow the steps and that should get you to where you want to be.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you're 100% sure that you have this setup correctly, this might be a bug. In that case, please share a screenshot of your configured connected email from &lt;EM&gt;Settings&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;General&lt;/EM&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;EM&gt;Email&lt;/EM&gt; and of the prompt HubSpot is showing when you're trying to set up a sequence.&lt;/P&gt;
