Signature in emails - does not work properly

My signature in emails usually gets broken as the email thread grows not showing the picture, does anyone know what might be happening or the solution.

Usually this happens, my colleague's picture is broken and the link to linkedin gets bigger and it mostly happens in email threads when enough emails have been shared on RE:

Thanks for that context! Is this an HTML signature? Additionally, is this the signature set up in HubSpot or your email provider? Any screenshots of the set up can help!
