Got it, thanks. I went the custom field + workflow route and works like a charm. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi there, I'm trying to roll up the number of contacts currently in a sequence up to the account so we can see how many contacts at an account are in an active sequence.

This is my current rollup. The problem is that it seems to be counting any contact in which the field "currently in sequence" is known. But I only want it to be counting if "currently in sequence" is true. However, this field does not seem to be an option in the "additional conditions" section of the rollup. Any ideas here?

Hi @tlynncook,

In these cases, as dumb as it may seem, it's easiest to create another single checkbox property (which is accepted by the additional conditions) and use a workflow to populate this property based on the actual 'Now in sequence'. Alternatively, a custom formula property should also work, following the same logic.

Have you tried counting contacts by 'Record ID' instead and then adding the condition? It probably won't change the situation but it's worth a try.

Best regards

Got it thanks!

The record ID rollup doesn't work since "currently in sequence" field is still not available in the conditions.

The formula.... still digging into this, but it doesnt seem like I can reference contact properties from within the company calculation property.

Going to try the custom boolean.

In any case, a separate Boolean custom contact property is needed, either a formula or via workflow.
