Has anyone figured this out? Godaddy no longer supports IMAP integration into Office365. And the Exchange plug in apparently doesnt work with Godaddy either.

So there is no way to integrate email with Hubspot if you use Godaddy as your Office365 provider?

Has anyone found a work around?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

It's unfortunately not possible to integrate your email with HubSpot if GoDaddy is your Office 365 Provider. This help article outlines which email providers are supported by the connected inbox feature in addition to the requirements for connecting an IMAP account.

If switching email providers is not an option at this moment, I would recommend using the BCC feature which allows you to log emails manually into HubSpot.

The help article is not very helpful as it pertains to GoDaddy Office 365 Outlook. It doesn't mention that "other providers of Office 365 may not work. It only shows that if you have Microsoft 365 that it should work.

Any chance there has been an update in the last few years and Office 365 through GoDaddy is now supported? I don't seem to be able to get it to work.

There isn’t a supported workaround beyond manual logging (for example, using BCC) right now

I recommend posting this in the Ideas forum (https://community.hubspot.com/t5/HubSpot-Ideas/idb-p/HubSpot_Ideas) , so the product team can review it and other users can upvote it. I also would recommend to those with the same issue to share their specific uses cases in the comments for said post
