We are currently experiencing difficulties in sending emails to our customers. The issue we're encountering displays the message: 'There was an issue sending your email.' Please see the attached image for reference

Hi @RVinegas,

The potential reasons for the issue are listed there (hard bounce, unsubscribe, marked spam).

You should be able to find the exact reason by navigating to the marketing email, clicking into the recipients tab and searching for the email address:

If the contact has bounced, you can remove the hard bounce, see here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/how-can-i-send-an-email-to-a-contact-that-has-previously-bounced#remove-a-hard-bounce

If the contact unsubscribed, you're not able to send them any more marketing emails. The only type of email that can still be sent to unsubscribed contacts would be transactional emails, requiring an additional paid add-on: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/how-to-use-transactional-email-in-hubspot

If the contact marked your email as spam, you would have to reach out to them individually and ask them to mark your email as not spam.
