    <description>&lt;P&gt;In my previous company we had a dedicated email inbox that was connected to Hubspot so that any 'out of office' responses from contacts were sent there.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not set up where I currently work.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know how to set this up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/803450"&gt;@JMcMahon83&lt;/a&gt;,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To set up an inbox in HubSpot that captures 'out of office' responses, follow these steps,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Set up a dedicated email address (e.g., outofoffice@yourcompany.com) in your email provider (e.g., Gmail or Outlook).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go to Conversations &amp;gt; Inbox in HubSpot.&lt;BR /&gt;Click Connect a channel and choose Email.&lt;BR /&gt;You can follow the prompts to connect to the new dedicated email address.       <description>Many thanks for your response,&lt;BR /&gt;I am quite a novice at this and found your instructions quite confusing! What I am trying to do is set up a dedicated 'out of office' email for all users of Hubspot so that they don't get the emails individually.
