Changing the 'From' name for connected email accounts

Hi. I have a few connected Outlook email accounts in HubSpot using different names and whilst I'm able to select the email address to use, the 'From' name is still my HubSpot Account Name. Is there a way to change this?

I.e. The connected email address I want to use might be james.smith@companyname.co.uk but the 'From' will say
'Chris Mott' (james.smith@companyname.co.uk).

Is there a way to change this? Thanks

Hey @CMott connected emails sends emails directly from your inbox, so you need to have access to that specific inbox (outlook account) in order to send from this. You can't spoof an email address with connected emails.

In order to send from an email address you would need to connect that email address and HubSpot will use the name which has been set on that email account.

Thank you for responding.

I do have access to the specific inbox and have connected it in HubSpot so I can select the email I want to send from. However, it appears to be using my HubSpot account name for the 'From' - i.e. Chris Mott see example below.

The 'Alice Hill' account is a separate Outlook account with it's own username/password - so Chris Mott is not associated with this account outside of HubSpot.

Make sense?
