Cannot change login email to a new email

Hi,

I trying to change my login email address but there is error. Tried. ms edge, safary (both also incognito). No chrome as Im not using it on my mac. Tried several days, support tol, that as Im am free user, should ask here. Below is a screen shot. Any idea?

Hi,
It maybe that you are receiving this error because a user previously existed with the email address you are trying to use?
