Error, creating new E-Mails in Contacts: Could not open activity creation window

Dear Community,

I have encountered an issue in which the CRM won't let me send an E-Mail to a contact directly from the contact preview in the Contacts sheet.
When I press the Email circle the attached error shows up:

Thanks for flagging this error @BRancaño -- I was able to reproduce this on my own account and I see our internal team has been notified. I will get back to you here as soon as I have more information! I appreciate your patience 😊

In the meantime, you should be able to successfully send an email from the contact record itself.

Thank you for your response Kennedy! I await further information then, as this error pretty much slows down my whole workflow.
Contacting each contact through the contact record is a really slow process.

I also have a user who is experiencing this exact issue. This seems to be the only user (that I know of) that is experiencing this in our organization. So I will patiently wait for a response as well. Thanks 😊
