Hi,

I would like to print email threads from my Hubspot inbox as pdfs to save them. I'm on the free plan currently. How can I do this?

Hi @hookholster,

HubSpot doesn't have any native printing capabilities, no matter the subscription level, unfortunately. You would have to use the printing options of your browser, or copy and paste the thread to a word doc to print, or open the email in your email client and print it from there.

I'm a paid customer of Hubspot and this is one of the most annoying features that I miss.

I just want to print an email out that I've sent!

It is a very much-needed feature.

It should be fast and easy to implement.

Being able to print email is a m u s t, in any business. It needs to appear in HubSpot guys, please get this basic feature over here.

Copying an email from a HubSpot to a Word and printing is NOT a solution, it deprices of the credibility that the email was sent genuinely, this is not the way to work with. Please step up your efforts!

this is not the way it should be, it does not any credibility of the legitimate source if you print an email from a Word. Please get it fixed and allow the printing option. It has to be same way alignment like in Outlook/Mail app etc.

Just so you know, I stopped using HubSpot and started to use another competitor product who DOES offer this feature.

someties I am thinking why basic features take sooo long, they are dedicated to osme very advanced stuff yet forgetting how to walk..

Do you have a recommendation for other competitors? I would prefer to not work with company that refuses to implement the absolute basic functions
