Email Multiple Contacts on Same Email

Hello,

Short Version:

Is there a way to email mutliple contacts on the same email, automatically using sequences? For example, John and David are both associated to Deal ABC. I want to email John and David together, on the same email. How could you do this?

Long Version (full use case):

We are referring some deals out to partners. The customer comes to us, determine to pass the deal on to a partner; we refer it out and take a percentage of the deal if it closes.

So basically we have a deal with two contacts associated to it: one contact has the "customer" label and the other contact has the "partner label" - We would like to email both contacts with an introduction email and follow up emails too.

You can also help other HubSpot users find this request more easily (and drive traction) by accepting my reply as a solution. I'd appreciate it, too.

As far as workarounds go, I'd suggest working with email templates and setting up follow-up tasks for follow-up emails. When crafting an email using a template, you can specify multiple recipients.

Also keep in mind that there would be quite a high risk that the sequence stops anyway if one of the recipients replies to the introductory email.

Know any other workarounds to do this in an automated fashion. Open to paid software integrations.

@DFinger I'm not aware of any third-party integrations that integrate specifically with HubSpot sequences and expand on them. @andrus can Outfunnel do this? 🙂

Thanks for keeping us in mind, Karsten.

Outfunnel doesn't have this functionality and alas I don't know any 3rd party tools either off the top of my head.
