Mass mailing other than campaign

Is there any feature in hubpsot that allows to send mails to a set of contacts other than the mail campaign? I want to see the performance of these mails as in mail campaign. But what I need is not a template, sone content in the body of the mail may not come under even if we use personalisation.

Hi @AMason81,

HubSpot has two options to send emails in bulk, either a marketing email or bulk-enrolling contacts into sequences. The latter are sales emails, limited to bulks of 50.

Outside of these options, HubSpot does not offer bulk email sending.

so you can't send a bulk mail unless you have Sales Hub Professional? Am I understanding that correctly?

Seems to be true. A workaround (kind of) is to create an email template (you get five free on the free plan) and then you can also create a static list of folks you're wanting to email, then turn those folks into tasks, then they're all in once place. Then you open each of those tasks / contacts, click the email button on the top left, and hit the template. So you're clicking ten times per person rather than having the automated workflow. If it weren't for wanting to make this work for a client, I'd use gmass, that connects your Google or Microsoft 365 inbox to a spreadsheet and auto-sends everything. Then use the hubspot free account to track it all from your extension. Sigh.
