Hi,

I am trying to figure a way of combining content from two sequences with my SDR Team. The process will be that the first two/three emails (first sequence) in the sequence will come from an AE. Then, the next steps (second sequence) in the sequence will come directly from the SDR Team.

The idea being a collaborative campaign with consistent content from start to finish between AEs and SDRs.

Everything we have tried, to date, "deletes" the content from the first sequence and starts the second sequence as if it is a completely new sequence. So there is nothing for a prospect to refer back to in the initial emails in the chain. It is imperative that we link the content in both sequences to maximise engagement.

We have tried to use Workflows in HubSpot but haven't been able to figure if there is a way to set up the triggers to include content from the previous sequence.

Any ideas/workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @DJoynes,

I'm not aware of a way to schedule a single sequence with some emails coming from a SDR, later emails from an AE. As far as I know, this can only be achieved with two sequences.

If you have Sales Hub Enterprise, you could automate the sending of the second sequence using workflows. When a contact leaves sequence 1, automatically enroll them in sequence 2: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/enroll-and-unenroll-contacts-in-sequences-using-workflows

Without an Enterprise subscription, you could use a workflow to create a task for the AE whenever a contact leaves sequence 1 - and for the AE to manually enroll the contact in sequence 2.

Best regards!
