Hey @CrystalMailing, thank you for posting in our Community!

When emails are forwarded from IONOS to HubSpot, they are essentially being rerouted through your domain but might not appear directly in your webmail's sent box due to the nature of forwarding.

To ensure that emails sent through HubSpot are visible in your sent box within IONOS webmail, you may need to configure your email settings accordingly. One possible solution is to set up a rule or filter within IONOS webmail that copies or moves forwarded emails from HubSpot into your sent box.

This way, you'll have a comprehensive record of all emails, including those sent through HubSpot, directly within your IONOS webmail interface.

I hope this helps,

Hi,

I have linked my IONOS emails to pull into hubspot by using the forwarding option to send emails out, the emails then go through my domain which is good but when I log into IONOS webmail, I cannot see any emails sent through hubspot in my sent box? Is this possible to set up as technically the emails are going through IONOS but cannot be viewed?

Hi @PamCotton, Thank you for your reply, I understand now that HubSpot is in essence sending emails out like marketing emails which dont show up in the sent folder. I have been speaking with IONOS who can also provide Microsoft exchange mailboxes, by having this, do you think email folders such as the sent folder and inbox would then sync? e.g. if I delete an email in HubSpot or mark it as read / reply, would this them sync across the outlook client and HubSpot?

Hey, @CrystalMailing yes, if you delete an email, mark it as read, or reply to it in HubSpot, those actions should sync seamlessly with your Outlook client and vice versa. This level of integration can streamline your email management process and ensure consistency across platforms.

Kindly,
