I send emails from outlook with the Hubspot email link in bcc. These mails are linked to the contact in Hubspot but do not appear in the activity list. How does this work?

Hi @FvanWesterop

Can you provide a couple of screenshots so we can fully understand the issue, especially of your activity filters.

If the emails are logged against the contact, as you said, the will be in the activity feed - unless you have excluded them via the activity filters.

Hi Frank,

Please see below: I use the standard “Activity Feed” in the menu where the actions I have done out of Hubspot appear, but not the ones I have linked from Outlook direct. Screenshot below has the email linked to the contact, but it does not appear in the listing (and also counting / stats I believe)
