Hi HS Community,

Looking for feedback and guidance on the following:

1. I've created a sequence where I enrolled 1000 contacts. The sequence is over and the last email has gone out.

2. How can I build a list that shows me
    - Contacts that were enrolled in that specific sequence who did NOT open any of the emails

Goal is to create a list of no-opened emails and sequence those people into a different sequence next month.

Thank you,

Hi @KLama,

I'll preface my reply by saying that opens are not a very reliable metric anymore. Still, if you want to pursue this, you could create a list of contacts who were enrolled in your sequence (based on the contact property Last sequence enrolled: the unique ID of the last sequence that the contact was enrolled in) and exclude contacts where Recent sales email open date is unknown or before your sequence activity.

Best regards!

Hi @karstenkoehler , you've helped me previously with another post I made and appreicate the insight tremendously.

When calling prospects, I am using Email Opens and Email Clicks as the two main metrics to track. That way, when I call them, I can assume they've seen my email.

Do you have any better recommendations as to how I can improve my process here? Want to make sure I'm covering all my grounds.

Cheers,
