1-1 emails not delivering

Hello, I have repeated issues with 1-1 emails not sending. Can anyone help please?

The settings for the email are working correctly, I can send an email to myself without issue, including BCC.

However, when recently, when I send emails to clients (even those subscribed) they are sending (not bouncing) but not delivering, a BCC to myself, never arriving in my inbox, is proving this.

Hi @PaymentSaving,

Hard to say, but it's likely something with your domain settings or with your email provider.

Can you try sending something to yourself outside of your domain that is connected to HubSpot?
Can you send emails without deliverability issues outside of HubSpot using your primary email client?
Is it just you or others at your organization are running into similar issues?

It's possible you'll need to get your IT people involved to help alleviate the situation. In the meantime, you can also try disconnecting and reconnecting your personal email to HubSpot to see if that helps.

Sending mail outside the organisiation from Hubspot does not deliver.

Sending of emails via other mail clients work well without issue.

All users are effected.

The mail cllient settings have been checked, reinstated and re-checked

The problem persisits, several diconnects and reconnects

Different browsers have been tried and the mobile app has the same issue

If you are able to advise further or point us in the right direction for support, I would be most grateful.
