Personalization token quote not working in automated email

hi,

My client whishes to remind their customers after 5 days of the send quote with a link to the quote that they received. They used this token;

{{ personalization_token('quote.hs_quote_link', 'link offerte') }}

But it only shows the standard value (Link offerte) in the final email, and not a link to the quote. Has anyone else have this issue?

How exactly are you sending this email (regular, workflow, if the latter – which type?) and how are you testing whether it works or not?

The automated mail is send with a dealbased workflow

They got a response from a client that the link didn't wasn't there. I looked at the email and it only showed the standard value

Have you checked whether the deal that triggered the workflow has a quote associated with it?
