&lt;LI&gt;You should try reinstalling Chrome extension&lt;/LI&gt;

      <title>HubSpot stopped logging emails</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I started to send some test emails back and forth between two of my mail accounts to get used to HubSpot.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I connected my one.com mail via&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;IMAP+SMTP and sent some mails back and forth.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At first all went fine, my send and received mails were logged and tracked in my contact.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure if that is relevant, but then one of my sent mails contained the info:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tracking data is not available for this email. [Me] chose to log this email but not track it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Afterwards, only the mails which I sent through HubSpot were logged (and tracked). Mails that I received or sent through one.com were not anymore.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I already reconnected my mail, but nothing changed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What can I do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best wishes,&lt;BR /&gt;Nils&lt;/P&gt;</description>
