Hubspot extension not allowing my partner that is cc'd on emails to see emails clients send

Hubspot extension not allowing my partner that is cc'd on emails to see emails clients send. if i email a client and cc my partner and the client responds, my partner cannot see the email on google. Need to fix it so he can see all emails.

Hi @ABoguslavsky,

In the reply from the contact, are you still seeing your partner copied (in CC) or not? If not, this be a simple case where your contact has hit the "reply" button and not the "reply to all" button.

Unless you're seeing this consistently for all contacts, that's very likely what's happening and cannot be changed from within HubSpot. It's purely based on recipient behavior.

Hi @ABoguslavsky,

Just to confirm: You send an email to a contact and copy your co-worker. The contact replies to both of you. On the received email, is your co-worker copied or not?

In both cases, this is not a HubSpot issue – it's a Gmail issue. If the co-worker is not copied, then the "reply to all" didn't work in Google Mail (not in HubSpot). If the co-worker is copied but not seeing the email, something isn't working about displaying all emails in Google Mail (not in HubSpot).

Can you confirm which of the two it is?
