Hi @jpanda,

The easiest way to achieve this would be a sequence: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/create-and-edit-sequences

After the email send, simply create a task in the sequence to review the record. Should the contact have replied already, they would've unenrolled from the sequence before task creation.

Workflow solutions would be more fiddly and not 100% correct. A workflow would rely on "Last contacted" (including more than just emails) and the "Recent sales email replied date". A workflow would enroll based on the former, unenroll when the latter is after the former. Orherwise, after a delay, you'd set up a notification. However, you'd also receive these notifications for prior calls, meetings as they also update "Last contacted".

Let me know if you have any follow up questions!

I want to create some type of notification (task or otherwise) if someone I send an email to doesn't reply after a certain period of time. But I want to do it as a workflow so it's universal. Any help? Thank you!

Hi Karsten, I want this to be a global workflow, not something I create each time. Do you know of any way to do that? I'm looking for a "this contact hasn't replied to any emails in xx days so alert me so I don't forget" type of workflow.

Hi @jpanda,

That would be the second option I laid out. As far as I know, it currently doesn't get better than this. (Unless you have Operations Hub Professional and development resources for a custom code action.)

have you considered setting up your email client accordingly? Gmail, for example has a feature that reminds you of unanswered sent emails.
