How to trigger an email internally upon clicks on a sequence

Hi,

I've been trying to set up a workflow such that when someone either clicks a link, unsubscribes or bounces, someone from our team would receive an email notification. But for some reason the workflow is not working. We're not getting the emails. What could be the reasons for this?

Are you confirming that the workflow log shows that the contacts are ending up in that step to trigger the internal email? If it's just a matter of internal emails not making it to the inbox, have you gone through this to make sure the IPs are allowlisted: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/email/not-receiving-hubspot-system-or-notification-emails ?
