So I have roughly 11k contacts to go through, out of those 11k I only need to send out emails to 1300 of them that are in my area of work. In hubspot I have found no way to filter my contacts in the sequences enroll contact stage that narrows them down. Is there a way to do that? Last time I did this it took me over 2 hours to do this process, not wanting to do that again...

Hi @Mark_Hotsy_GB,

There are properties for sequences which you can leverage here, specifically:

Now in sequence is equal to False
Last sequence enrolled date is unknown / Last sequence enrolled date is more than X days ago

In combination with a filter for Contact owner is any of [you], you can find those contacts which have never been enrolled in a sequence or where this has been a certain time ago.

Where do I go to set it in the sequence to only see the ones I'm the contact owner of?

Hi @Mark_Hotsy_GB,

I understood that you want to see the contacts you are yet to enroll. If so, you could do so under Menu > Contacts > Contacts, set the filters as described in my previous reply and enroll the returned contacts. If you save your filters, the view would auto update and not display enrolled contacts.

I think my issue that I'm having is that I lack permissions, cause what you described I dont have.

On Menu > Contacts > Contacts you're not seeing an Advanced filters option above the table?
