Pipeline logic - browser only?

I'm trying to set up pipeline logic but it's not working on the Outlook extension. Is it supposed to only work on the browser? If Outlook is indeed supported, am I missing something? I believe I've set things up properly but it's not functioning on Outlook.

Would you be able to please clarify what you mean by setting up pipeline logic in Outlook? Are you looking to associate Outlook emails with certain deals based on pipeline rules? Could you also include screenshots of what you're seeing on your end?

Hi Kristen,
What I mean is that I've set up the pipeline logic as I'd like to see it but I can only see it when using the HubSpot website to create a deal. When creating a deal from within the Outlook extension, the pipeline logic doesn't work. It's just a static set of properties.

Thanks for the additional details! I can see that you have an open ticket with our support team so I would like to invite you to continue working with them as well.

Are you referring to the "Create a Deal" in the extension? If you have any screenshots of what you have set up in Hubspot and then where you expect to see this logic in Outlook that would be very helpful.

Thanks for posting in the community forum on this! Just a quick update - after checking with our products team it's been determined that this is working as designed at the moment. The feature of updating the Sales Extension sidebar required deal properties based on the selected pipeline logic has not yet been implemented in the email extensions.

We invite you to add the topic on HubSpot's Ideas Forum so the Products Team evaluates for future roadmapping.
